Disclaimer for Services

There are several ways you may choose to work with me that are available to purchase or book through my website. The terms and conditions in this document apply to all my services and products unless alternative terms are explicitly provided to you.

I offer:

  • Sacral Somatic Therapy,
  • Connection Touch Massage,
  • Tapping (EFT),
  • Australian Bush Flower Essences,
  • Closing of the Bones, and
  • Transference Healing.

My intention in offering these services is to support women in coming back into connection with their bodies and discover their own healing journeys.

Why Work with me?

I believe it is my responsibility to conduct sessions in a safe and ethical manner. I will always prioritise informed consent, deliver what I have promised with integrity and hold space for you to explore your needs. I am committed to practicing within the scope of my qualifications and undertaking ongoing professional development. I make all reasonable efforts to meet a high standard of best practice and to offer you a safe, welcoming space to explore your relationship with your own body.

What You Need to Know

Important information about how to care for your own wellbeing and get the most value out of working with me is set out below. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me before proceeding with your booking.

Sacral Somatic Therapy & Connection Touch Massage: these services involve me touching you in an intimate manner to provide a full body massage. In the case of Sacral Somatic Therapy, this includes internal and external massage of the vagina. I will only touch you with your full consent, which you may withdraw at any time. You will need to be naked, while I will remain fully clothed. You may experience the flow of strong emotions. Just like therapeutic massage involves the release of trigger points around your body, yoni-centric bodywork is a therapeutic release of internal trigger points. My touch will be professional and is not intended to be erotic or to induce an orgasm. You must tell me immediately if you feel at all unsafe or uncomfortable.

Closing of the Bones: this service is drawn from the traditional practices of Central and South America. It is designed to assist your postnatal recovery on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. You will be wrapped in long scarves known as rebozos, a binding which realigns and relaxes your body. Emotionally, the practice is intended to help you find closure in your transition to new mother. It honours the completion of your pregnancy, bringing you back to yourself. Please tell me in advance if you suffer from claustrophobia, as you may find the feeling of being confined in the rebozos to be uncomfortable.

Transference Healing: this service does not involve any physical touch, although you may feel an energy exchange. This modality aims to clear old patterns and imbalances from your etheric, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and electromagnetic fields, restoring a sense of balance and well-being. Depending on your circumstances, I may divine certain essences to assist you in processing emotional reactions – these may include liquid drops in a diluted vodka base, crystals, or elements.

All Services: No matter which service you choose, it is important to remember that I am not the healer – I am simply holding the space for you to heal yourself. It is essential that you take ownership of your own journey and do the work, instead of expecting me to wave a magic wand for a quick fix, as there is no such thing. To really benefit from my service, you also need to be upfront and honest with me, so I can adapt our sessions to your specific needs. You must tell me if you are pregnant, likely to be pregnant, have any open wounds, or have any viruses, STIs, infections or diseases that could be transmitted by bodily fluids.

Please ensure you pay attention to hygiene and shower before your appointment. You also agree not to use alcohol, intoxicants, or recreational drugs in the 24 hours before our session.

You need to approach this work with curiosity and keep an open mind. You might find that things start to bubble to the surface even before our sessions, so take note of these issues and emotions being presented for clearance. This work goes deep and may bring subconscious triggers and trauma to the surface. Following each session, you must be prepared to manage and integrate any emotions that continue to arise. Be kind and gentle with yourself and schedule lots of time for self-care. We will meet again to debrief 1-2 weeks after our session.

My sessions are not counselling, therapy or a substitute for mental health support. I am not clinically trained, and do not offer any kind of diagnoses with my services. At all times, you remain fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. If you are taking any medication or treatments, this is not the time to stop. If any worries or concerns arise during our work together, I strongly recommend you seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional or support service.

I reserve the right to refuse to work with you if you are physically or verbally aggressive or abusive towards me. It is essential that we both feel safe and confident at all times. I am all about verbal consent and you have the right to say “no” at any time. I will check in with you regularly to ensure you understand what I am doing and that I have your permission to continue.

My services are only offered to those with female anatomy. You will get the most out of working with me if you are open to exploring your sexuality and personal power, have conducted your own research and made a fully informed decision to proceed. My work may not be suitable for you if you are in the first trimester of your pregnancy, if you have active herpes or other communicable disease, or if you are not sure whether this is something you are ready to try.

Indemnity

I do not make any guarantees or warranties about the accuracy of any material displayed on this website, or the products, services, or programs offered through it, except for any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law. I am human and errors creep in despite the best of intentions. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, please let me know.

While I make all reasonable efforts to ensure that this website and my services meet with the highest standards of best practice, if something does go wrong that is not a direct result of my negligence, misrepresentation or deliberate fault, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or related to my website, any products or services purchased through it, or any material posted on it, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable, and regardless of the nature of the claim.

You take full responsibility for your implementation of any suggestions that I may make while providing my services. You understand that my advice is limited to providing you with options for your consideration and that you are solely responsible for any actions that you choose to take. Always consult your own values and vision, do your own research, and check with appropriately qualified professionals before making major decisions or making significant changes. You agree to indemnify me against all consequences arising directly or indirectly from your choices.

You expressly agree that if this indemnity is unenforceable for any reason, my total cumulative liability for all causes of action other than negligence or deliberate wrongdoing shall not exceed the amount that you have paid to me.

Payment Terms

All prices on my website are in Australian dollars and are not subject to GST.

I accept payment through Acuity and Stripe.

I do not have access to your account details. Any financial information you enter is stored under Stripe’s security policy:

https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe

Payment is due at the time of booking. I do not offer payment plans.

Refund & Appointment Policy

You may change your mind up to 24 hours before our appointment time to receive a full refund.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to help someone else in the time that has been reserved for you.

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Missed appointments or those cancelled within 4 hours of the consultation time will be charged the full standard consultation fee.

I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do my best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, my liability is strictly limited to:

  • replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
  • if I am unable to do so within a reasonable time, refunding the full amount that you have paid to me.

If you feel that there is any problem with my services, please let me know immediately – and no later than 24 after the end of our session. I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Delivery

Sessions are held face to face in Yeppoon, Queensland. You will be provided with the address once your payment has been received. If anything is unclear or confusing, I encourage you to reach out to me so I can provide clarification.

I commit to making a similar effort to resolve any disputes in a friendly manner.
